How to Make Kettle Corn

Our Kettlecorn by Giggles is made with the finest corn, and each batch is hand popped in a large kettle over high heat, we add the perfect amount of sugar and salt to leave you with a perfect healthy treat of old fashion New England Kettle Corn.

Direction for Popping Popcorn:

Recipe for Pop Corn:

Ingredients:
3 Tbsp of corn oil
1/3 cup of gourmet popping corn
Large covered saucepan
Salt to taste
Butter if you must

Method:
Heat the oil in a large Saucepan on medium high heat
Put 4 popcorn kernels in to the oil and cover the pan.
When the kernels pop, add the rest of the popcorn. Cover and remove from heat and count 30 seconds.
Put the pot back onto the heat, and continue to let the corn pop.
Let some of the steam out of the pop, and continue to the popping slows down.
Remove from heat.
Dump into a large bowl and season to taste.
Add salt, butter, or season to taste.
